Digital Products

All products sold through NekaShannell Designs are digital downloads and/or instant-access digital products unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been downloaded, accessed, emailed, or delivered.

This includes:

  • AI prompt generators
  • Canva templates
  • PNG graphics
  • Digital artwork
  • Instant download products

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same item

Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product listing.

After checkout, your files will typically be available instantly through:

  • Confirmation email
  • Account download section (if applicable)

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

For physical merchandise or custom products:

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days depending on location
  • Tracking information will be emailed once shipped

NekaShannell Designs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

AI-Generated Content

Many products contain AI-assisted artwork, prompts, or design elements. Final outputs may vary depending on the platform or generator used.

  • Third-party AI platform limitations
  • Platform policy changes
  • Different rendering results
