Are your products physical or digital?
Most products are digital downloads only unless otherwise stated in the product description. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
How do I receive my files?
After checkout, your files will be delivered instantly through:
- Your order confirmation page
- Email delivery
- Your Shopify download access (if applicable)
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?
If you cannot find your files:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the email address used at checkout
- Allow a few minutes for processing

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Can I resell your products?
No. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or claim ownership of any NekaShannell Designs products, files, templates, prompts, or graphics.
Can I use your products for my business?
Yes. Most products may be used for personal projects and small business branding unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
However, you may not:
- Resell the original files
- Share download links
- Upload products to resale sites
- Claim the work as your own
Do your AI generators work on mobile devices?
Many of our generators and templates work on:

- Desktop computers

What software do I need to use your products?
